Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule a minimum of 24 hour notice is mandatory. Clients who do not provide a 24 hour notice will be charged $50 penalty fee on future bookings. Package clients who do not provide a 24 hour notice for cancellation/reschedule will forfeit 1 session in their package. The total number of sessions left will be recalculated to account for missed appointment.
